By enrolling my child in Summer Camp 2025 (the “Camp”) organised by Studio Seed (the “Organiser”), I, the parent/guardian, hereby acknowledge and agree to the following:

Participation and Supervision
The Camp is supervised to provide a safe environment for children.

While reasonable care and precautions will be taken by the Organiser,

I acknowledge that participation may involve inherent risks,

including minor injuries or accidents.

Medical Emergencies
In the event of a medical emergency, I authorise the Organiser to seek medical treatment for my child. I accept responsibility for all associated costs and expenses.
 

Indemnity and Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release, waive, and indemnify

the Organiser, its directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates

from any claims or losses arising from my child’s participation,

except in cases of gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

 

Personal Belongings
The Organiser is not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft

of personal items brought to the Camp.

Photography and Media
I consent to photos or videos of my child being taken during the Camp

for documentation or promotional use, unless I notify the Organiser

in writing before the start of the Camp.
